CALLING ALL REGION 2: Take the Community Readiness Survey!

The Department of Mental Health and Addiction Service’s (DMHAS) Community Readiness Survey is live and we need your voice!

Each town of Region 2 is to be accounted for, and this survey asks participants to share their perceptions on their community’s readiness to address substance use concerns in their area. The data from this survey will be used to inform DMHAS funding allocations for the next fiscal year
